WEEKLY REFLECTION 
WEEK 7

This week (23/1/23-27/1/23)  was peaceful. I have already prepared the lesson plans and aids for this week.. So it was easy to teach

On Monday 23/1/23 I got two periods and also exam duty in the afternoon session. The 9 A students were Very much naughty in class and is very difficult to control them in class. But decided to plan something new for them. 

On 24/1/23 Tuesday as per timetable I have only one period but i got one substitution period in 8 A so it was easy to teach them important portion of the chapter water.

On 25/1/23 Wednesday I got two periods to teach.. As per timetable on 8 B and a substitution period on 9 A. I have prepared electroscope to teach the concept of static electricity and the 8 B students were much attentive in class. But in 9 A i was unable to control the two boys in class.. When I shared my experience Benz sir promised to resolve the problem. 

On 27/1/23 Friday I got 3 periods.. First hour was a substitution period in 9 A and i have completed the chapter world of carbon in the class. And in the fourth hour on 8 B . I have showed them electrolysis experiment and they were excited to see the experiment.. In the 5 th hour I taught the 9 B students some problems of the chapter Wavemotion and also the extra questions in the chapter world of carbon

Overall the week was good . During the free hours I have prepared for my lessons and used for peer observation. The school annual day was in the coming week and most of the students were busy in practising and we tried to find time in helping them.

Week 3( 19/6/23-22/6/23)   Another exciting week with rich experiences. The reading day and international Yoga day celebrations were part of this week.  There was a morning assembly on 19/6/2023 which lasted till 10.20 am as part of reading day celebrations. The program includes speech, song, biography presentation, book introduction etc. Shibu sir and Kala ma'am addressed the crowd and delivered speech on the importance of the day. Also the new strategy ' My birthday my book', releasing of magazine of 10 B students 'Inspira' were introduced in the program As other days tuesday was normal day . Even though i don't have period as per timetable I got substitutions.  On 21 /6/2023 the international Yoga day was well celebrated in the school under the guidance of school principal Suresh sir. WEEKLY REFLECTION -WEEK 7

Week 7 (19/7/23-22/7/23 )  The week was peaceful. From 20/7/2023 unit test started. The unit test is conducted as two shifts. Morning session starts from 9 . 15 to 10 and evening session from 3.15 to 4.We were assigned exam duty in both the sessions.  On 21/7/23 we along with Aruna ma'am and Sunil sir conducted quiz as part of the chandrayan Day  celebrations. Akshay from 8 th B scored first in the quiz.   In order to compensate the working days saturday was working in this week. By this week I have completed 27 lesson plans. Also I have conducted a the pre test in 9 th A as part of my project work on 22/7/23.And the data collection was done.  During the free time i have prepared module for conducting an awareness program in the upcoming week.

CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

Capacity building programme Capacity building programme is a process of developing and strengthening the skill and attitude. The training of teachers one of the pillars of the sustainable development and national capacity building or any society. The programme of capacity building helps to increase the confidence level and it helps to increase the co operation and interaction among the peers.  One day workshop on 'Stress management' organized by department of general education conducted by Sri. Bhrahma Nayakom Mahadevan was our capacity building programme. It was conducted on 7/11/2022 from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.  The session was very interactive and he conducted some interesting activities, it engaged all the students.
