Weekly Reflection 
WEEK -2

It was another week of exciting experience. I had already prepared the lesson plans and teaching aids for this week (12/12/22-16/12/22). The rough copy of these lesson plans were signed by Manju teacher during the last week. So it was easy for me to copy this to the fair record. All the teaching aids including slides, charts, activity cards were made according to the needs of the class. I had prepared my topics in sunday and I was confident to teach it.
Since  Christmas exam was starting from 14/12/22 we were busy in completing the portions. The teacher had left out almost one chapter to be completed during these 6 days. It was a great struggle for me. So on Monday(12/12/'22) I got 3 substitution period. I was actually running from 9 th A to B for completing the portions. And I was successful in it and i tried to find time for exercising extra questions. 

On 13/12/'22 I tried my best in helping to work out questions for their exams. During the lunch hours we helped the teachers to distribute food
On 14 th and 15 th we have assigned exam duties. In the morning itself we have checked our duty time and on both days I got exam duty in the afternoon session. 
We were assigned duties to sort out answer sheets . About 5000 papers we have grouped and each contains 15 sheets. 
It was my first experience in monitoring a class during exam and felt that it seeks much effort to maintain a class disciplined.

Week 3( 19/6/23-22/6/23)   Another exciting week with rich experiences. The reading day and international Yoga day celebrations were part of this week.  There was a morning assembly on 19/6/2023 which lasted till 10.20 am as part of reading day celebrations. The program includes speech, song, biography presentation, book introduction etc. Shibu sir and Kala ma'am addressed the crowd and delivered speech on the importance of the day. Also the new strategy ' My birthday my book', releasing of magazine of 10 B students 'Inspira' were introduced in the program As other days tuesday was normal day . Even though i don't have period as per timetable I got substitutions.  On 21 /6/2023 the international Yoga day was well celebrated in the school under the guidance of school principal Suresh sir. WEEKLY REFLECTION -WEEK 7

Week 7 (19/7/23-22/7/23 )  The week was peaceful. From 20/7/2023 unit test started. The unit test is conducted as two shifts. Morning session starts from 9 . 15 to 10 and evening session from 3.15 to 4.We were assigned exam duty in both the sessions.  On 21/7/23 we along with Aruna ma'am and Sunil sir conducted quiz as part of the chandrayan Day  celebrations. Akshay from 8 th B scored first in the quiz.   In order to compensate the working days saturday was working in this week. By this week I have completed 27 lesson plans. Also I have conducted a the pre test in 9 th A as part of my project work on 22/7/23.And the data collection was done.  During the free time i have prepared module for conducting an awareness program in the upcoming week.

CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

Capacity building programme Capacity building programme is a process of developing and strengthening the skill and attitude. The training of teachers one of the pillars of the sustainable development and national capacity building or any society. The programme of capacity building helps to increase the confidence level and it helps to increase the co operation and interaction among the peers.  One day workshop on 'Stress management' organized by department of general education conducted by Sri. Bhrahma Nayakom Mahadevan was our capacity building programme. It was conducted on 7/11/2022 from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.  The session was very interactive and he conducted some interesting activities, it engaged all the students.
